Each year at the Louisiana SHRM Diversity & Inclusion Summit, Louisiana SHRM recognizes a worthy business or organization that is doing exemplary or innovative work to promote and advance the principles of diversity & inclusion within their organization and community.

We are now accepting nominations for the 2024 Louisiana SHRM Excellence in Diversity Award.

Louisiana SHRM believes that businesses benefit from having a diverse workforce and wants to recognize businesses and organizations who operate in Louisiana and create an inclusive workplace that embraces differences in race, ethnicity, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic background, religion, disability and veteran status.

No matter the size of your company, if you believe that your organization has done something noteworthy to champion diversity & inclusion, we want to hear from you!
