Each year at the Louisiana SHRM Inclusion Summit, Louisiana SHRM recognizes a worthy business or organization that is doing exemplary or innovative work to promote and advance the principles of inclusion and belonging within their organization and community.
Louisiana SHRM believes that businesses benefit from having an inclusive culture, workforce that feels they belong and wants to recognize businesses and organizations who operate in Louisiana and create an inclusive workplace that embraces differences.
No matter the size of your company, if you believe that your organization has done something noteworthy to champion inclusion and belonging, we want to hear from you! To nominate your organization or another organization for the 2025 Louisiana SHRM Inclusion Award complete the application below and submit it electronically or email to LouisianaSHRM@gmail.com.

Qualifications: MUST BE previous Louisiana SHRM Excellence in Inclusion WINNER! Louisiana SHRM seeks to recognizes a worthy business or organization that has been doing exemplary or innovative work to promote and advance the principles of inclusion and belonging within their organization and community within the past 10 years. If your organization has won this award, please submit an UPDATE on your Inclusion progress since you won the award previously. This will be our first 10-Year Legacy Award!
Nominations will be reviewed by the LASHRM Chapter Leaders, and the award winner will be announced at the Inclusion Summit to be held in New Orleans at the Renaissance Arts Hotel on Friday, August 1, 2025.
