Speaker Bio:  Dr. Mechelle Roberthon is the Chief Executive Officer of Dr. Mechelle Roberthon Enterprise, LLC (www.drmechellerob.com). The mission of her organizational development firm is to assist organizations in achieving behavior and performance excellence across their systems, policies, procedures, and staff. She is a distinguished speaker and consultant offering expert guidance on employee acquisition, retention, and engagement. Dr. Rob received her Doctor of Education degree from Baylor University and holds a Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement. In the community, she has been acknowledged as a 20 Under 40 honoree, a Woman of Distinction, an alumni of Leadership Lafayette Class 35, a board member for One Acadiana, the Industrial Development Board, and AMIkids.
